Danielle Martin takes us through the life of a member of the Customer Care Center (CCC). She guides us through: “What is the CCC? What makes the CCC important to Encon? What makes you proud to be an employee at Encon? What makes you return to Encon day after day? Why would someone enjoy working at Encon?”


If you enjoy working the phones while helping and collaborating with others this is the role for you!

Our customer care service team helps address customer concerns over the phone and email, as well as schedule technicians and parts for jobs. They ensure the appointment for the job is confirmed and parts needed to complete the job are correct and have arrived for the job site.
