The Human Resource team keeps the employee and the company interests aligned for success.  This team helps ensures the company is a great place to work.  They recruit and onboard new hires along with managers.  They also help employees navigate the workplace as their career grows, any difficulties with co-workers arise, and personal changes occur.  

The Human Resource team administers all workplace benefits such as health, retirement, and insurance, among others. You will enjoy working in Human Resources if you enjoy supporting employees in their career trajectory while ensuring business practices are legal, fair, and efficient.  HR also ensures the workplace remains a fun place to work hosting and supporting events throughout the year.


 

A Day in the Life of Human Resources

 
 

Morning

Review emails and connect with managers on projects and pending items regarding the employee life cycle.

 
 

Midmorning

Work on projects as per area of responsibilities.  Meet with vendors on upkeeping or changing policies and benefits.

 
 

Afternoon

Meet with employees on their career, concerns, or questions they may have. Continue to connect with employees and managers on team needs, training opportunities,  recruitment, career progression, etc.
