Project Managers

You will need these frequently requested skills to really do well:

Project managers oversee the installation of HVAC projects from beginning to end.  They manage scope of work, create proposals, collaborate with technicians on-site to resolve any installation conflicts to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective means of installation.

This role involves a lot of collaboration with internal and external teams such as architects, contractors, homeowners, and installers.  Project managers must ensure projects are profitable and enough contracts are approved to ensure a steady workflow. This involves bidding, networking, and an overall knowledge of how HVAC systems operate and what is needed to achieve a client’s expectation.

You will enjoy a job as a project manager if you enjoy sales, collaborating with others, and have a technical mindset. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment where no day is the same!
