Employee of the Quarter

Andrea Kingwood

“Over the past few months, Andrea stepped into one of the toughest roles in our operation and delivered at a high level without hesitation. No complaints, no excuses. Just ownership, problem-solving, and results.

Nominated by a teammate and selected by our entire leadership team, Andrea stood out for all the right reasons. She shows up for her team and stays connected with our customers. No matter what the day brought, Andrea kept everything moving forward. That’s what Excellence looks like.

But what really stands out isn’t just the work, it’s how she did it. Andrea brings people together. She supports those around her and makes the team better. She has proven that leadership isn’t about a title, it’s about how you show up every single day. She has set the standard for what we’re building here at ENCON.

Andrea, this is incredibly well deserved. We are proud of you, and we’re grateful for the impact you make every day.

Congratulations, you are our Employee of the Quarter!”
