At Encon, we’re dedicated to inspiring and training the next generation of skilled professionals. Partnering with schools and creating pathways for students to grow has been a truly rewarding journey, and it’s exciting to see these efforts spotlighted.

We are committed to providing apprentices, Technicians, supervisors, technical advisors, and project managers with the best HVAC training in the industry.

To accomplish this promise, ENCON is investing in expanding our training offerings to include:

Apprentices

Paid classroom training for apprentices. Includes a mix of hands-on training in the core skills coupled with real-world, on-the-job training working alongside experienced senior HVAC technicians

Experienced HVAC Technicians

Training opportunities are provided in-house in our lab by many of our business partners, including Trane, Carrier, Water Furnace, Honeywell, Dectron Pools, Lochinvar boilers, Tekmar Controls, Belimo, and many more.

Project Managers

Hands-on training provided by our experienced senior-level staff for project management, scheduling, communications, client relationship, negotiations, estimating, document management, and HVAC load calculations. Outside partners also provide opportunities that specialize in relationship and personal growth skills.

Engineer and CADD

Ongoing training provided by in-house engineers and experienced CADD/Revit team. Opportunities for continuing growth/training with our vendors.
