Built on Pride.
Backed by family.

ENCON has been doing this work for over 55 years across Connecticut and New York. The people here take ownership. They show up, they do the work, and they're proud of it. That's not something you manufacture. You build a place where it can happen. We've grown because the people here care about getting it right.

We take care of people.

The ENCON Difference

Real work. Real responsibility.

You're not a number on a crew. ENCON technicians own their jobs with the tools and support to do them right.

Big enough to grow.
Small enough to know you

We run a serious operation with hundreds of employees across the tri-state area but your team will know and your dogs name.

A career, not just a job

ENCON invests in the people who invest in us with training, advancement, and a long runway for the technicians who want to build something here.

We take care of people.
Not systems.

That's not a slogan. It's how we run the company. The people who work here know it on day one.
